I am having a good month. Everything seems to be falling in to place. Tomrrow, I go to Yorkshire for 2 days. A murder mystery and overnight stay in a hotel, I can't afford to stay in. It's a very easy part, money for old rope. Back in the room in time for the snooker ( with a sneaky bottle of scotch for me and Rog (Heh!). Goodies in London. OMG! Course, i had get tickets, which i have. Persuaded Rog to come with me. Ticket conf. came thru yeaterday and I've sussed out the travel. If we do the coach thing, it's cheap, not that much longer than the train and we can treat outr selves to a taxi on the way back (means we can occupy ourselves on the return with a litlle libation). Had qa meeting last night with a couple of film type bods, who I shall be helping as of next week It could easily have been done on the phone, but they wanted to meet me in person. It was throwing down withrain to boot (Floods all over the country). The meeting lasted te length of a pint. Still, I was home for C.S.I Miami, so not that bad. All this and I've been approved for 'editrial trainig' at R13 tojoin the editorial staff. I've got about ^ CD's that need reviewing too. Looks like I'll be busy then....
Hi Edna, ol'girl! Glad to see you're happy! Well, you've hit the old half-millenium of visitors....see, I come in at number 501...just missed out...running late again! I guess millenium is really only used in terms of years, but I thought it sounded good!
I was supposed to go on a nice, long plane flight with my pilot boyfriend. You wouldn't think that so difficult in Australia...you know, lots of sunshine, deserts, etc, but the weather was so stormy and so widespread, that we couldn't go! Even the next day it was as bad, or worse, thus ended the trip! Well, can't be selfish...it was bad for us, but great for the farmers...came at the right time. There'll always be another trip to do...
Wotcha Janice old bean! I have no idea who 500 was, they slipped and out without leaving a calling card. We had another tornado on wednesday, half a mile from the last one and just in the place I was at the night before, and the rain!!!!

Yeah, the doubling up? I had that happen once recently! Tornadoes? I thought they were an American thing. I didn't know you had 'em in the UK...we don't really get 'em here in Oz. (We get whirly-winds people call "dust devils" or "willy-willies"...but they're not as big and powerful as tornadoes.)
