Even Bill looks better in a dress than me... in fact if a red-blooded male had to chose between me and the dragged up policemen from the 1948 Show, I reckon I'd go home alone. |

I agree. I find it a bit disconcerting that Tim looks much better in a dress than I do.

I completely agree with you. Although I didn't own a dress apart from school ones 'til about year 10. Still don't really wear them unless it's a formal occassion.

Hahahaha, That is excellent. I don't think I owned a dress (apart from school uniforms and Sunday finery) until grade 12 formal. I spent yesterday afternoon listening to the most recent series of ISIHAC. I love the letter writing using alternating words. So funny!

Wow... you've read all 25 pages of this gumph and are still capable of stringing two coherent words together? I'm impressed.
Talking about appreciating different levels as an adult (and desperately trying to forget Bad Fashion ) I've just revisited Scatty Safari... gotta love the Doris Newbold Exchange.
Tim: We want a big star, not a tatty go-go dancer. Bill: She dances topless! Tim: Doris Newbold IS topless... on cabaret night they give you a free pint of bitter and a magnifying glass!
And to think our Tim has made a name out of being nice... |

' Sounds like a similar era to the wedding where I bridesmaided in a 'coral' (read: bright orange) number with the biggest bum-bow in the history of bad dresses, and those sleeves that pufff right out and then go tight again. I was a day-before draft-in when the real bridesmaid pulled out, so the horrible thing didn't even FIT... |

I love Tim too. I have done for a long time. He was always my favourite in the long ago, distant days when the Goodies were on telly. Sadly for many years I have had to make do with just the saound of his mellifluous voice on ISIHAC. I've recently bought the DVDs and have been reliving moments of my childhood, but at the same time I have been apreciating them more as an adult! -- I'm back, and it's about time! |
