I must admit that I have never watched this movie but have seen clips and the eye makeup and bowler hat is most definitely from Clockwork Orange - Tim and Bill just made it look good !!    even dressed as bunnies .  The really big carrots were a bit of a worry - I hope they weren't a symbol for something else......

Nope, Graeme was the mad scientist type who had to get them back to normal. Though he did wear a bunny suit in the LWT Watership Down rip-off.
