Hey prune every time I see your avatar it reminds me of the sailor dance the guys did in the episode "the lost island of munga" (from which your avatar was taken) and Tim loses his balance when he skips back but grabs Bill and saves himself just in time  .  Tim is obviously is very light on his feet.  I love it

I've thought this for a while - from memory it sounds like the word "large" procedes "scrotum". Cheeky bugger!

Having just watched the Top of the Form sketch again, I just realised I got it a bit wrong. It's not when Lust is being asked the question, it's Malcolm. The question is "What is the capital of Iraq" and the first answer Malcolm gives is "Red Admiral", not "Cabbage white". I knew I should've watched it again rather than rely on my memory! Nevertheless, I'm still certain that Marty whispers "scrotum" to Tim! 

Having watched the sketch again, I forgot about a moment involving Lust. It seems like Tim didn't realise the camera was on him when it first cuts to Lust, and when he does realise he goes into character. It's very funny.

PunHeaven : ' Definitely! I'm always SO impressed that he managed to hold it together as well as he did in the Police Women sketch. I mean, when three of the funniest people EVER decide to play a joke on you...

Yes, he did a superb job holding it together, I'm not sure how he did it. When he does break though, it's hilarious. I love how he lets out a "Ha!" at one moment, and then there's another moment right at the end where he's just broken up a fight between John and Marty and he goes "hahahahaha" - it sounds so silly! I love it!

One of my favourite 1948 Show corpses is in the Top of the Form sketch, when Graham, Marty and Tim are playing the school girls. When Tim's playing Lust (heehee) and has to answer a question, Graham whispers an answer to Marty, who then passes it onto Tim. What's funny though, if you listen very carefully, is that Graham is passing on naughty medical-related words to Marty, because in the first exchange you can make out Marty whispering "scrotum" to Tim, who then giggles and answers the scripted answer, "Cabbage white". I only noticed when I was listening through headphones, so perhaps that's the key. Please don't tell me I'm the only one who can hear it!

Having just watched it again I think that Tim may have been giggling a little, it takes him quite a while to get his words out anyway. I've often wondered if Tim was meant to whip them out of shot and follow them, I highly doubt it, he probably needed to get out of the scene ASAP and have a good laugh!
