There must have been a condition upon joining Monty Python that you enjoyed wearing womens clothing (and makeup). Still don't understand why they didn't get Tim - he makes such a better woman.

In one of his travel series - I'm pretty sure it's Pole to Pole - he wears a sailor's outfit at one point. If my memory serves me correctly. I remember thinking it was very fine indeed.
Wasn't that when he sang with the Russian naval choir? As I recall he was also wearing a great deal of blush and lipstick (no idea why).
