Listening to the snow goose this afternoon for the first time in ages.Some of the music is so beautiful that it gives you shivers.And it's lovely to hear spike milligan's voice.Maybe it's no coincidence that have put this on today-finally managed to find a very cheap copy of the essential spike milligan and can't wait to get it.This journal is a record of ebay purchases and that's about it-oh and some other stuff thrown in for good measure!
i wanted to tell you that i watched the double episode of little house on the prairie last night in which the baby boy dies.(i guess i'm writing this here for bondgirl who knows it)Hadn't seen it for some years and it was so sad .I'm putting this comment here because you probably won't go back and read the nellie olsen thing if i write it there ,and also because i can't let this post have no comment and sit here all lonely by itself! Incidentally ,have moved on from the snow goose now and have been listening non-stop to danny o'keefe-american singer/songwriter.i love it when you can get right into something.
I told you it was a tear jerker - it upset me so much that i can remember it all these years later. Just had to write that so now your own comment won't have to sit here like a big nigel being a fat cat and no friends cos now it has company!!!
i'd not seen that episode since 1992-so it's been a while.i love it when you can have a good cry.I also like to cry to legends of the fall,the notebook,and terms of endearment.oh,and bridges of madison county of course .gotta cry to that one.
