Oh WHY is it so cold today? :'( It's enough to give you the peedoodles.It wasn't this cold here in winter.Bought an old doobie brothers record at the op-shop yesterday-livin' on the faultline-having the first listen to it right now and really enjoying it.It seems that it's going to be one of those 70's records that you can put on like gerry rafferty or something and it just creates a good easy going mood in the house.Peedoodles=what harrison ford says to gene wilder in the frisco kid-a daft expression but hard to break a habit of some years.
Yes,i am in australia,but won't be seeing the doobie brothers or anyone else for that matter because i live in woop woop.Well ...not really woop woop but sort of woop woop.Far enough that it would be a bit of a hassle,if you know what i mean.The only thing that might shift me would be a private audience with michael palin .Are you going to see them AC?-because no doubt it'd be a good night.
Nah I'm not going. I quite like a bit of Doobie Brothers stuff (just the right brand of daggy for me - hehehe) but not really enough to fork out for a ticket. Plus I'm sure no-one would want to go with me. In fact most people I know would probably disown me if I even asked them. hahahahaha
I would draw the line at a nana mouskouri concert,but that's about it .It would be good to know what other people draw the line at-what else would i draw the line at???-harry secombe(Is he dead yet?He might be by now,not sure).I remember spike milligan said that he hoped harry secombe would die before him so he could be spared the thought of Harry singing at his funeral.what an odd thought to have at this time of night.must go to bed!
