Well is wasn't as bad as I feared. I only have 2 rather rough kids this year who 'accidentally' knock into each other rather than the 3 last year who had mental problems and although couldn't really help themselves did make life difficult for all. We also have a new system at lunch time which means all the lunch times have changed and although it seems to be good it is taking some getting used too. One of our ladies is in a panic and threatening to leave as its 'too different' to what she is used to. It has only been 2 days give it a chance. We have tried to get her to listen to reason but I don't know if it worked! D
