Had a lovey day on the beach at Blackpool yesterday. There was sun sand, warmish water. The kids stopped arguing and the airshow was great. Their was a Spitfire, mosquito, harrier, tornado, helicopter display team( I didn't know helicopters could fly upside down or backwards) Then the Red Arrows I like to get to see them every year and they are still great. In all a great 3 hours of free enterainment. I am just sorry I didn't speak to the man on the beach who I am sure was the historian Dan Cruckshank. If it wasn't him he has a twin brother. D
