Well I waited in on Monday and he finally arrived took one look at all the new bits and said " I will need to put new blocks on and it will take awhile do you have time2? I thought I have made countless phone calls and waited and waited so I said "no problem I have all day" he didnt look pleased the electric was off another 3/4 hour but we are all re metered and safe. D
