Speaking of being devilish....
I have managed to get my hands on a copy of the bodymatters video with our favorite Dr G. I watched it yesterday, and let me say I've been inspired! Swimming, badminton, running on a treadmill topless with an oxygen thing on his face, it's all there! I'm off to the gym tonight to give it all a go. I'll probably leave my top on though!
It was a bit hard to take it all seriously though. I kept expecting Graeme to turn into a mad scientist and hit someone over the head, or at least crack a few funnies!  |

Heehee, I do apologise nezangel! I blame Graeme for being far too devilish for his own good. It shouldn't be allowed! 
I can see your new avatar, prune, very nice it is too. I love your signature too. Being a northerner, I should try and work it into a conversation and see if anyone notices. They probably wouldn't!
