Here are the details of the second and third recording in the Spring 2016 series of I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue.
The recording will take place as follows:
1) Monday 13th June at the Pavilion Theatre, Glasgow This will be a double recording of the show (i.e 2 programmes will be recorded) for broadcast on BBC Radio 4.
Tickets are all priced at £6.20 with a £0.50p debit card charge for purchases at the box-office, in person or by phone, 5% for credit cards and a 10% internet sales commission on the total if booking online. Tickets are obtainable from from 10am on Tuesday 26th April via the Pavilion Theatre Glasgow's box office, by telephone (0141 332 1846) or online via the venue's website.http://t.ymlp47.com/mqsavaejuuyatamsmakaebujb/click.php
For those wishing to purchase tickets in person, the address is Pavilion Theatre, 121 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 3AX. The Box Office opening times are 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday, on the first day of sale (Tuesday 26th April) they will open at 10am.
2) Monday 4th July at the Cliffs Pavilion, Southend. This will also be a double recording of the show for broadcast on BBC Radio 4.

For those wishing to purchase tickets in person, the address is Cliffs Pavilion, Station Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 7RA The Box Office opening times are 10am-8pm, on the first day of sale (Thursday 28th April) they will open at 10am.
The recording starts at 7.30pm and will be finished around 10.30pm. Tickets will be limited to a strict maximum of 4 per applicant - by whatever booking system. Demand for tickets is very great, so you are advised to purchase early to avoid disappointment, and you should allow for queue waiting times for the Box Office, either by phone or in person, to be longer than usual. Please do not try to obtain tickets before they go on sale.
The 65th series will begin transmission on Radio 4 from Monday 27th June at 6.30pm.

In other news, show regular Tony Hawks has asked us to draw your attention to a special benefit show for his Moldovan Care Centre on April 25th with a host of stars including Jack Dee. The centre does amazing work for poor families with children who have cerebral palsy. The show comprises a performance of Tony's musical Midlife Cowboy and stars Jack Dee, Doon Mackichan, Alistair McGowan, Ben Miller and Charlotte Page. Tickets can be purchased here.

They're Back! - BBC Announcement
The early days of our fledging label saw us rescuing Robinson Crusoe, crossing borders into Communist-state fairyland and presenting some old public information films to a baffled 21st century audience. It all looked just a bit weird on paper.
These unusual and now almost library-standard releases led us, inevitably, to ask for more of the same but we instead got ’The Goodies’, ‘Ripping Yarns’ and ’Till Death Us Do Part’ for our troubles.
So now we are almost back where we started, having recently concluded an agreement with the BBC to revisit some of our older releases as well as bring a lot of new material to add to our range. Towards the end of the year and beyond we’ll be releasing complete* series box sets of shows that we’d distributed many years ago including 'The Goodies', 'Till Death Us Do Part' and ‘Sykes’ amongst rarer fare like ‘All Passion Spent’ and ‘Johnny Jarvis’, some Screen Two presentations such as ’The Vision’, bafflingly unreleased classics like ’The Life And Times Of David Lloyd George’ and much more.
We’ll be sharing news on these releases with you as we work through them but you’ll need to be patient. There are substantial technical and clearance issues to attend to but it is underway as we write. The first titles will appear before the end of the year, hopefully sooner.

Please take part in The Goodies UK Audience Survey, that's been devised...
What I have done here is. I have produced a survey of seven simple questions for you answer. And when there are a significant number of responses, I will send this in to the BBC and UKTV GOLD or any television station that gets suggested.
This is more targeted at viewers in the UK. But if you are from abroad feel free to take part anyway. 
This survey will also ask about new Goodies DVD's.
As television networks are difficult about these things (particularly the BBC). We need to make sure we get as many TV viewers as possible to fill in this survey as it seems the only way to get our voices across!

Bill Oddie will be taking part in the 2016 Auckland Writers Festival. Here are details about his three events:
1. On Thursday, May 12th at 12:00pm there will be a Lunch with Bill Oddie at the Sails Restaurant in Westhaven Marina, Auckland. Here's the event description: "What better way to spend a Thursday than being regaled over lunch with tales of adventure and misadventure by Bill Oddie, former member of the frenetic British comedy trio The Goodies, now a more dignified � but still lively � presenter of BBC nature programmes. 2. Goodie Bill Oddie, Friday, 13 May 7:00pm at the ASB Theatre. "In the 1960s, Bill Oddie worked in theatre in London, New York and NZ, along with Tim Brooke Taylor and eventual Pythons Graham Chapman and John Cleese. Throughout the 1970s he was one third of the hugely successful TV show The Goodies, for which he also wrote and sang several Top Ten hits. Since resolving to turn his hobby of bird-watching into a job in the 1980s, he has presented many natural history series for the BBC, including the ground-breaking live broadcasts Springwatch and Autumnwatch. After battling mental illness, he has now re-emerged as a high profile conservationist and activist. Join Oddie for an evening of tall and/or avian tales with Jim Mora." | RIP Sir George Martin |

 We're very sorry to hear that Sir George Martin has passed away - he worked with Tim Brooke-Taylor and Bill Oddie as producer of the 1963 album of their Footlights Revue "Cambridge Circus" (other members of the cast were Anthony Buffery, John Cleese, David Hatch, Jo Kendall, and Chris Stuart-Clark). The "Cambridge Circus" revue later moved to the radio and became "I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again".
