Goodies article in The Guardian (March 1st)

"The Guardian" has a long article about The Goodies in its Thursday, March 1st edition; the interview is in support of their UK tour, which starts March 15th, and the March 26th release of "The Goodies - The Complete LWT Series" DVD.

reminder: The Goodies on ITV1's "This Morning" Tues, 27 Feb

All three Goodies are scheduled to appear on ITV1's This Morning program on Tuesday, 27 Feb. The show airs from 10:30 to 12:30.

They'll be promoting their upcoming tour (details at http://www.goodiesruleok.com/faq.php?topic=10)

The Goodies tour starts on March 15th (not the 19th) and this is the third Goodies DVD release, not the first.

Goodies interviews to watch for

This week The Goodies will be pre-recording a number of radio interviews to promote their tour, which starts next month (details at http://www.goodiesruleok.com/faq.php?topic=10).

At the moment I don’t have any details about when these interviews will air. I’ll pass the info along when I get it (hopefully prior to broadcast). If you find out first let us know!

All these radio stations can be heard both on air and via the internet. Some of the programs will be available from BBC Radio’s Listen Again service after the initial broadcast.

National:

• BBC Radio 2 on Steve Wright in the Afternoon.
- The show airs weekdays from 1400-1700
- It can be heard online from http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/shows/wright/ and should be available from Listen Again

Local:

• BBC Radio Berkshire on Henry Kelly's show
- the show airs weekdays from 10:00-13:00
- it can be heard from http://www.bbc.co.uk/berkshire/local_radio/

• BBC Radio Derby, available at http://www.bbc.co.uk/derby/local_radio/index.shtml

• BBC Radio Essex, which can be heard from http://www.bbc.co.uk/essex/local_radio/index.shtml

• BBC Radio Kent, which can be heard from http://www.bbc.co.uk/kent/local_radio/index.shtml

• BBC Radio Leeds, available at http://www.bbc.co.uk/leeds/local_radio/

• BBC Radio Lincolnshire on Martin Daniels' show
- the show airs weekdays from 9:30-13:00.
- It can be heard on http://www.bbc.co.uk/lincolnshire/local_radio/ and should be available from Listen Again

• BBC Three Counties Radio, which can be heard from http://www.bbc.co.uk/threecounties/

And don't forget The Goodies will be appearing on ITV1's This Morning on Tuesday, 27 Feb

missing item from "upcoming shows" list

I somehow managed to delete the Paramount Comedy 2 showing of "The Goodies" from the "upcoming shows of interest" message I sent earlier this week. Yes, I know, you just can't get good help these days, can you?

Those of you who subscribe to the channel probably knew this anyway, but the series continues to air on Friday nights.
