I have been dealing with a bit of Red Tape lately and the similarities with the TV show Yes Minister and what has been going on are striking. Talk about the left hand not knowing what the right is doing and things going missing. Remember dear friends whenever you are dealing with beaurecrats always keep a record of who you speak to and when and also keep copies of anything you have to send them. Also deal with all correspondance promptly. I now wish I had as it would have saved me a whole lot of grief and trouble.
