We need a "Go up one level" button at the top of the forums suggestions page, is what we need.

Is it possible to have that snazzy little "NEW" icon put on the Public Journal page so people can see at a glance if there has been a new entry. If it is possible, then is it also possible to put an icon next to the comments button as well.  D-Day.

I've already tried out the idea of a chat-room, unfortunately it wasn't very workable.  It would either have to be a web based chat where everyone would need to refresh the screen every few seconds, or a module which requires people to install plugins (flash, java, etc) which I want to avoid at all costs.  My other possibility is using an IRC channel, or maybe developing something else altogether.

Unfortunately this is now also at the bottom of my TODO list.

Good suggestion, but implementation would be a real PITA (Pain in the A**).  It's also been suggested before

Actualy, I removed the questions from the signup process, simply becasue I couldn't think of anything vaguely useful to have there and never removed the answers from the user profiles.  When I get a few minutes spare (probably more like an hour or 2) I'll remove them, and re-format the page.

On your second suggestion about the notification of the current edition of the C&G, that's not a bad idea and I've added it to my TODO list, but it doesn't have a high priority at this stage.

You've raised some good points, however I don't agree with locking too much only for people logged into the site.  There are already several advantages to having an account on the site, for example, you can't post to the forums without logging in, you can't see who is online, you can't send messages to other members, and you certainly can't qualify for the world domination badge if you aren't logged in
