well the closest a&r that is close to me has actually just closed down (Just my luck )and the next one is about i think an hours drive from where i live
so if my mum or something was going up there
i guess i could get her to get it for me

Have you had a look in your local A&R? I've seen the book in their permanent sale pile out the front in quite a few, in Brisbane and country towns as well.
I like to think this is because there's a Goodies fan in the A&R ordering department who ordered eleven million copies. I get asked where I got my still aLive On Stage t-shirt when I'm walking down the street, so I find it hard to believe they're not selling.
