You can email the bbc, they respond and if enough people emailed them ears might prick up. Also there is a company who released ever decreasing circles recently, it might be worth getting in contact with them as well...www. networkvideos.co.uk to see if they have any plans to release anything as they seem quite prolific in the  kitsch comedy field.
