Yes I remember it. As Nez posted, it was called Joint Account and stared Hannah Gordon as the bank manager. There's more info here.

I don't remember it but on imdb.com it mentions something he was in called Joint Account so I'm guessing that's it.  I do remember him being in El C.I.D. with the fabby Alfred Molina - wish they'd repeat good stuff from back then.

Sosia : ' ' jodievdw : 'Good Lord, it's Graham Chapman's not-quite-so-ridiculously-tall twin brother. It is quite noticeable how much shorter Tim is than Graham and John. There's a great shot in this where the camera pans across Graham and John's faces, then carries on to where Tim is, but has to drop down quite a bit to find him!
