Teehee I adore that shot of Tim, John and Graeme. As a tiny person myself, that's what my whole life feels like.

' Seriously off topic but does anyone remember that sitcom that had John Bird in it where gasp! the main female character had managed to become a bank manager? And this was in about 1990! I'm off to get Tim to dig out his Cher wig to protest. |
Yes I remember it. As Nez posted, it was called Joint Account and stared Hannah Gordon as the bank manager. There's more info here. '

' Looking at Tim's imdb stuff there's a fair few things he's in which I've never seen before and are probably lost forever in the mists of time. Tis so unfair! If anyone can enlighten us on his past work which isn't discussed much then I for one would be grateful. |
Which ones are you looking at? I'm sure if you post the titles someone will know something! -- I'm back, and it's about time! |

I don't remember it but on imdb.com it mentions something he was in called Joint Account so I'm guessing that's it. I do remember him being in El C.I.D. with the fabby Alfred Molina - wish they'd repeat good stuff from back then.

'Good Lord, it's Graham Chapman's not-quite-so-ridiculously-tall twin brother. |
It is quite noticeable how much shorter Tim is than Graham and John. There's a great shot in this where the camera pans across Graham and John's faces, then carries on to where Tim is, but has to drop down quite a bit to find him! |
I was watching my smashing 1948 Show DVD and during the Shirt Shop Sketch I couldn't help noticing how much shorter Tim looks with John and Graham on either side of him. Then when it zooms in on John, Tim's struggling to look over his shoulder to get in the shot!
Lovely pics, as always. The silly moustaches Tim's got on Marty's show look great, but he could never get away with it for real. He's too pretty! ---------- "I cannot talk to a man who bears an undeserved animosity towards ferrets." -- Graham Chapman |
