Tim was certainly getting a lot of attention from the girls after the show - he was enjoying himself very much. And yes, he was dishing out the hugs without hesitation, which was great, I can also vouch that Tim gives the best cuddles. I can barely remember it now, my mind was all over the place, but Not A Meg's hit it right on the head as to how it felt. I can't wait to go to Edinburgh and refresh my memory. 

Hahaha, I'd completely forgotten about the "Can I have onions on that?" That was hilaruous. The man in the van sounded half-dead, which amused me. At the end of the recording John Naismith thanked us for coping with the heat and mentioned that the vans were air-conditioned. All the audience went "ooooh" and Barry did a rather rude hand gesture, which got a big laugh.

Just ask him.  Seriously.  It's no more difficult than that.  I think he's as much a fan of cuddling as I am (which made it especially lovely!), so he'll tart his cuddles around to anyone who wants one!!

Just to remind anyone who was there, and an extra little chuckle for those who weren't - when they were asking if the van was ready before one of the recordings (I *think* it was the first one but I'm not 100% sure) - Mr Naysmith The Producer (as he will forever be known for reasons you'll discover a week on Monday!) said "Are you ready in the van?!" and the voice from the van said "yes!" and Baz looked around confused and said "I believe!!!!", then Graybags quipped "Can I have onions on mine?!" and I squeaked and thought exceedingly naughty thoughts - which Tim voiced when he asked "On your what???!"

Kirstyn was all nice and polite and asked very nicely if it would be all right for her to have a cuddle and he said "I think I'd enjoy that ENORMOUSLY!!!  How much do I owe you?!" and I said "Actually Timbo, love, there IS a queue so we'll tot up how much you owe us later!" and he gave Kirstyn a cuddle and signed her book and she staggered off in a bit of a daze.  I got him to sign Peej's Uxbridge English Dictionary and convo went thus: I must just have this effect on posh men.  I am now getting withdrawals from Timbo cuddles.  Seriously, I THOUGHT my life would be incomplete without a Timbo Cuddle... and now I know why.  They're AMAZING.  They're so lovely and warm and cuddly and squishy and cosy and I, even I, stopped feeling entirely too maternal about him.  In fact my knees did in fact get quite wobbly. Kirstyn and I have now decided that we WOULD marry Timbo JUST for his cuddling ability. Tim also adopted Peej as his daughter!!! She'll tell you more about that one later I've no doubt.  But I think it's actually true.  There's photographic evidence to show the likeness!!!!! Just thought I'd share.  Don't forget, Radio 4, next Monday.  Listen out for a hysterical YAY!!! when Timbo says "Land of Soap and Glory".  That's me.  I scared Tim and Graeme.  But I couldn't help it!!!  I just thought of patriotic speeches and gramphones and Union Jack waistcoats and things!!!!
