The Goodies

"The Goodies - At Last A Second Helping" DVD released in the UK

The second UK DVD was released today. "The Goodies - At Last A Second Helping" is a PAL DVD (we are waiting to confirm whether it is Region 0 or Region 2). It should be available from all major retailers (including online vendors such as amazon.co.uk and sendit.com).

The Australian version will be released on 3 March 2005 under the title "A Tasty Second Helping". I believe it will be Region 4 PAL.

Both the UK and Australian DVDs will contain the episodes:

1. Radio Goodies
2. Come Dancing
3. Movies
4. South Africa
5. Bunfight at the OK Tea Rooms
6. The End
7. Scoutragoues
8. Punky Business

There will be extras, including audio commentary from the Goodies on 3 episodes.

just can't wait for the 2nd DVD! Nor can my 9 year old daughter, she is also an addict. The Goodies comedy is timeless, absolute classic. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of my persoanl favorite episode "Alternative Roots"?		Posted by:davesworld

i got my 2nd goodies dvd and its fantastic quality wise isa excellent and also trhe book hope the have books for further dvd releases, how come their wasn;t one for the first release? cheers		Posted by:Andyt29

I got mine at 8 A.M. this morning, Only took 4 days. I also loved the booklet. But best of all was the fact that "come dancing" is in colour for the first time!!!!!!		Posted by:jezza01

Got it last Monday on its day of release (it's Region 2, BTW). Excellent stuff, with fantastic extras as well. Still can't choose between Movies and Bunfight as to which is the better episode - they're both great!		Posted by:nkx9
