The Long Hot Satsuma episode 2 / ISIHAC Volume 11
02/09/2009 00:00 GMT

* The second episode of "The Long Hot Satsuma" (starring Graeme Garden, Barry Cryer, & Alison Steadman) was aired on BBC Radio 7 for the first time yesterday.  The show can be heard worldwide for a week (until Tues, 8 Sept at 10:30pm London time) from the BBC iPlayer at

* I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue Volume 11 has been released; it is available as a 2 CD set and also as a digital download.  The latest set includes four compilation episodes featuring chairman Humphrey Lyttelton, panelists Tim Brooke-Taylor, Graeme Garden, & Barry Cryer, and guest panelists Stephen Fry, Jack Dee, Rob Brydon, & Jeremy Hardy.  Perhaps not coincidentally, Stephen, Jack & Rob were the guest chairs for the most recent series of Clue (which was broadcast a few months ago on BBC Radio 4).

Here's a more detailed description of the set from

Another four compilations from the award-winning BBC Radio 4 series. This eleventh collection of the antidote to panel games finds the late Humphrey Lyttelton giving regular panelists Tim Brooke-Taylor, Barry Cryer and Graeme Garden silly things to do to - along with special guests Stephen Fry, Jack Dee, Rob Brydon & Jeremy Hardy. Highlights include One Song to the Tune of Another, 84 Chicken Cross Road, Sound Charades, Notes & Queries, Uxbridge English Dictionary, Tennis Chat-up Lines, Swanee Kazoo and, of course, the brilliantly baffling, fiendishly funny Mornington Crescent. So get ready to laugh out loud as Humph and the gang indulge in more wonderful wordplay, accompanied by Colin Sell on the piano and the lovely Samantha, who likes to sit on Humph's left hand. 'Risky, rude, brilliantly written and superbly performed' - The Judges, Sony Radio Academy Awards.
