Graeme Garden interview to promote "Big Comedy Night In!" Slapstick fundraiser

Graeme Garden's interview with BBC Radio Bristol this afternoon (25 Sept 2020), to talk about the Slapstick Festival's #BigComedyNightIn fundraiser, can be heard at https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p08qqs5d (the interview is about 47 minutes into the show).

The Big Comedy Night In! show is tomorrow night (7:30pm in the UK) Note that anyone who donates via https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/slapsticks-big-comedy-night-in will get sent a link to the event to watch live or at their own convenience after the event.

Slapstick's Big Comedy Night In fundraiser (27 Sept 2020)

As many of you know, The Goodies have been supporters of Bristol Slapstick for many years. We hope you will support Slapstick's Big Comedy Night In on 27th September. Host Robin Ince "will be compèring this unique comedy event with a dream line-up of performers, including Sir Michael Palin, Rob Brydon, Stephen Merchant, Jo Brand, David Mitchell, Jack Dee, Lee Mack, Sanjeev Bhaskar, Stephen Fry, and Frankie Boyle (with many more to be announced)"

"The Goodies - The Final Series" is being re-released in Australia on August 19, 2020. According to the information on the Sanity and Madman websites, this will be a 2 disc set with all the episodes from the LWT series ('Snow White 2', 'Robot', 'Football Crazy', 'Bigfoot', 'Change of Life', 'Holidays' and 'Animals').

Graeme Garden event about radio comedy to benefit Slapstick Festival

Graeme Garden will be chatting to Matthew Sweet about radio comedy, including his seminal works "I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again", "I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue" and, more recently, "The Unbelievable Truth" on 7th August.
