 Several fans have reported receiving an email from vip.preferredseating.com.au saying there will be a Goodies show at Hamer Hall in Melbourne on 4 November and at Her Majesty's Theatre in Adelaide on 25 November.
I am waiting for official confirmation. I will let you know as soon as I have any further details.

| Goodies shows added in Parramatta, Launceston, and Hobart |

Additional cities have been added to the Goodies Still Alive On Stage tour.
In addition to the previously announced dates in Perth the show will also be visiting Parramatta, Launceston, and Hobart. Further dates and cities to be confirmed.
Here are the newly announced shows; tickets for all of these will go on sale next Monday, 12 September:
PARRAMATTA:

Another Goodies live show has been added in Perth. It will be held on Thursday, 17 November at 7:00pm. Tickets for this show will go on sale this coming Friday (9 Sept) from 08 9484 1133 and the His Majesty's Theatre box office (www.bocsticketing.com.au). There will be a handful of preferential seating for club members at this show; the code word is visible to fan club members who are logged into the website.
I believe there are still some tickets available for the two Perth shows already on sale (to be held on Friday, 18 Nov at 7:00pm & 9:30pm), although seats for the 7:00pm show in particular are very limited.
Shows in additional cities are due to be announced either later today or tomorrow. I'll pass along the news as soon as I get it.

Thanks to Brian Labza for sending the following info to the goodies-l mailing list:
The documentary "Who Do You Think You Are?", about Bill Oddie's journey of discovery into his parental history, will be premiered on UK-TV on Thursday 8 September, at 9.30 PM. It will be repeated on Friday 9/9 at 5 am and Sunday 11/9 at 4 pm. More details are at www.uktv.com.au/programme.asp?id=778
Old episodes of "Doctor At Large" / "Doctor In The House" are being repeated on UK-TV on Sunday mornings in 5 episode blocks. Many episodes were written by Graeme and Bill (including one in which Graeme makes a cameo appearance).

A second Goodies show has been added in Perth. It will be at 9:30pm on Friday, 18 November at His Majesty's Theatre. Tickets are on sale now from 08 9484 1133 and the theatre box office (www.bocsticketing.com.au).
There are a handful of preferential seats for this show; the code word is the same as for the 7:00pm show (if you are logged into the site you will see it in a box on the left side of the page).

Here's some exciting news - the Goodies live stage show is returning to Australia! To quote from the press release, "The Goodies Still Alive On Stage stars UK comic legends Tim Brooke-Taylor and Graeme Garden. Bill Oddie will feature in the show from London via the wonders of video. The Goodies Still Alive On Stage returns in a new form to continue the tour that may never end, hopefully satisfying demands from every Australian town and city for a Goodies visit."
To answer some of your anticipated questions:
Q: Which cities will the tour be visiting? When do tickets go on sale?
A: Tickets for Perth will go on sale this coming Monday, 5 September, at 8:30am. The show date is Friday, 18 Nov at 7:00pm. Tickets can be purchased through 08 9484 1133 or the box office of His Majesty's Theatre Perth (www.bocsticketing.com.au).
Further dates and cities to be confirmed.
Q: Will there be ticket pre-sales for club members?
A: While the producers were unable to set-up ticket pre-sales they have arranged to offer a limited amount of PREFERENTIAL SEATING for the club. In Perth, this will be available for the Fri, 18 November 7:00pm show. When you order your tickets (from 08 9484 1133 or the box office) you must mention the code word. The code word has been emailed to the goodies-l mailing list; it is also available to registered users of the website. If you are logged in you will find the code word in a box on the left side of the page.
Please note that the preferential seats are available on a first come, first served basis. As there is only a VERY LIMITED number of these seats I advise you to book early for the best chance of getting them.
Q: Why is Bill only participating by video?
A: Despite his best efforts, Bill wasn't able to reschedule all his filming commitments in order to join Tim and Graeme live in Australia (as fan club members will know, Bill has a heavy travel & filming schedule for his BBC nature shows).
Q: When will we hear about additional show dates and cities?
A: Again, further dates are being confirmed; the club has been promised updates as soon as they are available. While I cannot guarantee this, I believe we will have further information by the end of next week.
