Asking a lot but any chance of getting a copy of the master on DVD-R, VHS or file copy? I am compiling DVDs/MKVs of the episodes with the highest quality episodes I can get my hands on.

Seeing them all again in the 90s brought back many fond memories. It's a shame it's so  neglected in the UK.

Not really, unfortunately.

In terms of versions out there on t'internet as far as I know there is only a very bad 'cam' version that is a copy somebody filmed on their camera in a showing at a cinema but consequently the sound is poor and the picture is spoilt by two people's heads that block a lot of the screen.

Presumably there must be a proper version out there that was used at this showing but I assume that is a proper BBC copy and as such unavailble to us mere mortals!
