I know what you mean - when the Tasty Box set came out I was concerned about getting such confirmation for the club members.  Most shops just listed the episode titles without going into that detail.  Though the fact that the other missing bonus features were advertised as being on the set were a good sign.

Actually the color version of "Coming Dancing"/"Wicked Waltzing" is available in Australia in "The Tasty Box" box set.
