You can also play DVD's on Playstation2 or Xbox, although the xbox requires you to buy a dvd 'addon' to enable this feature.



However, IMHO the xbox dvd player is far superior to the PS2. It will play region 0 disks, whether PAL or NTSC...

Its possible as long as you have a dvd rom drive.

Is it possible to play shop-bought DVDs on a computer, or do you need a special player?

I'm based in the UK.
