In answer to Wackywales about Grayboot's vest I reckon maybe his nanna or mum had made it for him and he promised them he would wear it on Tv for them to see........anyway I reckon it is groovy and it makes him look very spunky!!

I think they're supposed to be the real life Goodies at this point, rather than the TV show characters. Hence them relaxing with the cup of tea and commenting on the credits. So that's why they're not on The Goodies set.

I never could really fully make out what they were saying in this bit, until I read about this scene in Ross's latest GROK book (page 138)
Here is a bit from the book
"As if to emphasise the trio's understanding of television completely, the final scene has them crowded around a tv set. The point-of-view shot is from behind the screen as the credits roll and Jim Franklin's name appears. 'He's to blame' say Bill
'Trying to win a prize' comments Tim knowingly 'He won't' mutters Graeme, as he switches off the set"
Bill: "I used to have a pet rabbit once.......and at no stage did he ever strap me to the couch and stick carrots in my ears!"

Random observation of the day....
Tim and Bill are in their normal Goodies outfits but for some reason Graeme isn't in his normal brown ensemble. Do we ever see his very fetching tanktop again or does it just make a random appearance in these credits only?

If you have ever watched the end credits of "It Might As Well be String!" you will have noticed they are in reverse.
I've always wondered what it would look like in normal mode, so I have reversed the video and uploaded a flash version of it to The Bucket
