You all know how bad things happen in threes? Well, they do, and I'm really dreading the third one.
First, the prototype I've been putting together for a multi-million dollar tender has failed and I'm too late to fix it and send it where it needs to go.
Secondly, my bike was stolen this morning from behind my office where I had it locked up.
I'm really worried about what the third thing is going to be.....

I'm so sorry Zaphod to hear about your misfortune. I do believe that the first ( prototype going up in flames) is certainly worth 2 points of the karma circle, so that plus getting your bike nicked makes 3 meaning that the bad luck side of things is all over for you now (fingers and toes crossed). JUst remember- the Goodies had their bike stolen in "The Baddies" so this means you have something in common with the greatest threesome in comedy. "Always look on the bright side of life" (sorry about the Eric Idle input).
Thanks for the sympathy, It's nice to know that there are still people in the world who actually do give a damn about others
Besides, I have several Goodies T-shirts daftbird, one of which is a bit the worse for wear becasue I wore it all the time (at least once a week after it had been washed) so it's a bit ratty now, but I have a couple of very nice ones (including a black glow in the dark one). which I wear on special occasions
At least I'm feeling a bit better today, after talking to my insurance company, they seem to think it won't be a problem getting the bike replaced. Unfortunately I can't do much about losing the contract for the prototype.
