D-Day's Journal

2005-09-05 21:49:52	Father's Day Sucks	D-Day
Yesterday was my first Father's Day following the birth of my baby boy last October. It should have been a good day except for one major problem. I didn't get to see my boy. My boy is 10 months old and the last time I got to see him was Xmas Eve last year when he was 2 months old. Eight months is a long time in a baby's life. They change and develop so fast, they reach and pass milestones all the time. My first smile was ruined by my Ex wife, when I told her of my first smile, she replied "I've had lots of those". My only photos of my boy are from the hospital when he was born and I gave him his first bath. I am going to ahve to fight my way through the Family Court system to regain the right to see my boy, that my ex decided to deny me. Father's Day Sucks :'( Mood - Dark Angry Pissed Off Music -

well d-day that really is the pits.sorry to hear that the day got you down so much.It's good to have a place like this to vent it,no doubt.You mean to say that she won't even send you some photos of your son?pretty slack if that's the case!!		Posted by:daftbird

Thanks guys I was actually more down on the Monday, a real bear with a sore head, no energy. Its hard when you see little babies out with their parents, even young kids. Have to do something about this shituation [sorry Janice], but it best describes things in one word.		Posted by:D-Day
