Oops, sorry to double-post, but I forgot to include the best phwoar-inducing Tim pic ever. Well, it's better if you ignore what he's wearing, but still, Tim with stubble:

Lovely.

Wonderful pic Jodes, thanks.

Mr September is great, heehee!

I haven't posted pics for ages, so I think it's time for a phwoar-fest.

First off, a pic of early-Goodies Tim from the new Rober Ross book:

A pic I found of Tim and Bill on eBay. It had a big eBay watermark on it so I did my best to get rid of it, but you can still see where it used to be. Never mind:

Tim in Ecky Thump, the black karate top which made me and Peej both go "phwoar" at the show on Sunday. Thankfully neither Tim or Graeme heard us:

And Tim Travolta:

*Sigh*
Jess.

Yeh, you could (either that, or I did it wrong... wouldn't be the first time I screwed up a form!) I agonised over that for ages trying to figure out what to put - "pagan" is a bit vague, neither "witch" nor "wiccan" is really accurate, and "celtic reconstructionist pagan" makes me sound like a complete tosser.  I put "pagan (celtic)" and hoped for the best.

Anyway, we're here to discuss:

'Yeah, I heard that on Rove a couple of weeks ago.  I am going to now expose myself (oo-er) as the old fart that I am.... I actually think the census is a good thing and should be completed correctly as provides vital information for the planning and allocation of esential resources *ducks*  -  although...... that could be because I didn't think of the Jedi response (very funny)to the religion question - Jealousy is a curse

I actually agree with you on that bondgirl (& you're not an old fart....well maybe we both are then!),  apart from the religious question as I really am a Jedi Knight!
No, it is important to put down the correct information but I didn't think to put 'No Religion' and I don't like to put down 'atheist' because that always makes it sound like there is a God but I choose not to believe in him (if you follow!) so I decided to be silly and put Jedi instead!
Btw I respect anyone's decision to believe or not so I hope my comments haven't annoyed or offended anyone - always a tricky topic to discuss.

Now, obviously there is a link between this topic and Tim as he is a god in his own right  (he even mentions this in the show!) but I seem to have derailed this thread from its main topic so I thought I'd get it back on track (what's this train obsession I suddenly have?!?) by saying that I think he looks ever so handsome in Jess's avatar - the shadows in the pic make it look a bit like he has stubble & its suits him very much....*growl*

' Snopes Urban Legends Reference Pages has a discusion about marking Jedi on census forms on at http://www.snopes.com/religion/jedi.htm

I have a feeling in the census just gone in Aus that you didn't have an option of writing down what religion you are. They kind of had the major religions and an option to say you weren't religious (not sure if there was an 'other' option). Oh well.

We nearly put down Gallifreyan this time around, just to be different. I'm not sure if we did though.

Next year, maybe, "I'm a Goody, how do you do?"

Viva T-m!
