Ah, I really need to get that Marty DVD. I keep looking for it in the hope it'll be in the sale but, alas, no luck so far. They really should release it all on DVD, but the same goes for plenty of other shows too...Must. Not. Rant.

That's a hilarious sketch!  My mum, a neighbour and I are learning to play golf and  the putting is spot on the same as at the end of that sketch sometimes.

Marty is great though; I love him in the Mel Brooks films he's been in and it'd be great to see a bigger variety of sketches.

There should definitely be more of Marty's tv show available, and not just because Tim's in it. (I've loved his stuff since I saw the Lightning Coach Tour sketch when I was about 5)

Tim in the Marty series is great - they should release more of Marty's work.  I love the Biggles/ taxi man sketch - excellent stuff

Ah yes, that's on the Marty DVD as well isn't it.  Tim's death throes are fantastic as well as all of his melodramatic acting

Cor!!  Hello Sailor    - I've not been able to post for a few weeks due to computer problems  (i am currently on the uni computer) and look at what i have missed.  Tim in all his forms is a pleasure to see.

Oh and Jess - how sexy was Tim in those short safari shorts in Marty's "Flower Shop" sketch growl  - and yes that death scene was well worthy of an oscar nomination - If you are able to view Jess's copy it is well worth it - but then anything with Tim is'

Aren't the first two pics also from The Baddies (a.k.a Double Trouble)? It's definitely series 2 anyway. I've never noticed that corpsing moment from Bill and Graeme, I'll have to go back and watch it, thanks for pointing it out!

Heehee, I see what you mean! It's that whole hands-on-hips thing, I once thought it was just an amusing one-off by Graeme but now I've noticed both he and Tim are serial offenders. It makes me laugh but I'm not quite sure why, there must be something wrong with me! I actually watched Scatty Safari this evening for the first time in months and watched a newer, shinier copy I acquired ages ago but hadn't yet watched. I discovered it had extra snippets in it at the start, including a brief shot of Marty Feldman from the 'Marty' series (I think) in the Flower Shop sketch. It used to be on YouTube but they removed it. It was a funny sketch and Tim was in it briefly, doing one of the best throes ever. I think I managed to nab the clip before it disappeared, in which case I'll upload it if anyone's interested.

Anyway, that was my new fact for the day. The excitement never starts for me.
