Whoa baby, truer words were never spoken!!    Timbo certainly had the legs for dresses    (and he was a fella and everything)  hahahaha by an amazing coincidence I am listening to Skyhooks sing "you just like me cos I'm good in bed" - how appropriate is that  -  if only we could know for sure

Even Bill looks better in a dress than me... in fact if a red-blooded male had to chose between me and the dragged up policemen from the 1948 Show, I reckon I'd go home alone.

I agree. I find it a bit disconcerting that Tim looks much better in a dress than I do.

' I don't think I owned a dress (apart from school uniforms and Sunday finery) until grade 12 formal.  You can't ride your bike, do Evil Kernevial impersonations, play cricket, softball, fish for crawchies (fresh water crayfish) or anything remotely interesting in a dress

I completely agree with you. Although I didn't own a dress apart from school ones 'til about year 10. Still don't really wear them unless it's a formal occassion.

To get this topic back on track, Tim's worn more dresses than I ever have... he just pulls it off better.

Sounds very much like something I wore in the late 80s to a wedding as flower girl. I was going through a stage at that point where if somebody tried to put me in a dress, I would tear it off... even in the middle of a wedding Thankfully, that part of my life has been removed from my brain.

Hahahaha, That is excellent.  I don't think I owned a dress (apart from school uniforms and Sunday finery) until grade 12 formal.  You can't ride your bike, do Evil Kernevial impersonations, play cricket, softball, fish for crawchies (fresh water crayfish) or anything remotely interesting in a dress

I spent yesterday afternoon listening to the most recent series of ISIHAC. I love the letter writing using alternating words. So funny!

Wow... you've read all 25 pages of this gumph and are still capable of stringing two coherent words together?  I'm impressed.

Talking about appreciating different levels as an adult (and desperately trying to forget Bad Fashion  ) I've just revisited Scatty Safari... gotta love the Doris Newbold Exchange.

Tim: We want a big star, not a tatty go-go dancer.
Bill: She dances topless!
Tim: Doris Newbold IS topless... on cabaret night they give you a free pint of bitter and a magnifying glass!

And to think our Tim has made a name out of being nice...

'  Sounds like a similar era to the wedding where I bridesmaided in a 'coral' (read: bright orange) number with the biggest bum-bow in the history of bad dresses, and those sleeves that pufff right out and then go tight again.    I was a day-before draft-in when the real bridesmaid pulled out, so the horrible thing didn't even FIT...

I love Tim too. I have done for a long time. He was always my favourite in the long ago, distant days when the Goodies were on telly. Sadly for many years I have had to make do with just the saound of his mellifluous voice on ISIHAC. I've recently bought the DVDs and have been reliving moments of my childhood, but at the same time I have been apreciating them more as an adult!
