Bill was in an episode of The Dectives on Friday/ early Saturday, on Comedy Channel extra at about 01.00.   The episode was called 'Twitcher' ( i had no idea he was in it till then!)

Sorry that I didn't know about this in advance, but I've just seen some postings saying Bill appeared on ITV1's "The Alan Titchmarsh Show" yesterday (Wed, Jan. 13). 

I thought I would pass along the info in case our UK members were able to catch a repeat of the show (either broadcast or online).  If anyone has any info about where to see the show again please pass it along.

* BBC Radio 7 aired "I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again" series 1, episode 3 for the first time this past Thursday.  Like the previous week's episode, this show had been carefully reconstructed using material from multiple sources and, as a result, was making its debut on Radio 7.

Series 1 Episode 2 of "I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again" premiered on BBC Radio 7 last week.  As the announcer explained, this early episode was reconstructed from multiple sources.

* BBC Radio 7 is beginning another run of Bill, Tim, & Graeme's 1960's radio series "I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again" (the series also starred John Cleese, David Hatch, and Jo Kendall).  The show will air on Wednesdays. According to the latest issue of the station's newsletter, "In future weeks [BBC Radio 7 will] be bringing you some episodes that haven't been heard since their original transmission."

* Barry Cryer appeared on BBC Radio 4's show "Loose Ends" this past Saturday, Dec. 12th.  The show can be heard from the BBC iPlayer (at
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00p7h3r/Loose_Ends_12_12_2009/) until
this Saturday evening (19 December at 7pm London time).

* While this isn't Goodies news, I'll throw it in as long as I'm writing. Many of you were acquainted with "Giles Wemmbley-Hogg Goes Off" thanks to Graeme's writing contributions in the early series. I'm sorry 'll read that Again, is being repeated tomorrow on the Comedy controller on  BBC Radio 7 at 10am and 8pm .

Here's the info.
Comedy Controller: Arnold Brown
Arnold Brown selects some of his favourite comedy shows: The Al Read Show (15/01/55); Lines From My Grandfather's Forehead (29/03/71); I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again (16/07/67) and Arnold Brown and Company (04/08/90). The selection is rounded up with People Like Us: The Estate Agent (29/06/96) and The Policeman (06/07/96).
