Well a good start is we've managed to spell 'convention!' If you live in Brum it might be better to organise where you know. It is more or less the centre of the country after all.
I don't think people mind travelling for a special occasion, you might have to send some locals to check out the 'refreshments' though.

Free venues...How about free venues and frosty beverages on tap?
There's a pub in Fleet St that you can hire for free on Saturdays...No really... Although what might be a good idea is a visit to try out some of the aforementioned frosty beverages and check out the area...Just a thought

London seems to be popular, I live in Brum, so I'd need help in that direction. There's some nice FREE venues round here. There'd have to be a few meetings in pubs first, reckon.....

Definatley! That is a brill idea.You could try and get the goodies to come and everything!!!
However, being only 15 would mean it would have to be in the school holidays and fairly close to me (North East).
